Your Real Estate Boss, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years. I started out at RE/MAX, and in my first year, I closed 12 transactions. Then I doubled it to 24, then 36, always pushing myself to grow year after year.

Eventually, I opened my own brokerage, LVsweetHomes Realty, and I absolutely loved it. I was so proud to help agents reach their goals, manage properties, and still close over 50 transactions a year myself. But in 2022, I made one of the best decisions of my career: I moved my brokerage to eXp Realty. It felt like giving my team a major upgrade—they now have access to way more tools, support, and an entire tribe of people who want to see them succeed. It’s been a game-changer, not just for them but for me too.

Since joining eXp, I’ve expanded my reach by launching Tech Tuesday with Windy, where I teach real estate agents how to master tech via Zoom. It’s grown to over 1,500 members! I even launched Tech Tuesday VIP, where we press the buttons together and dive into the nitty-gritty of using tech to grow your business.

Here’s a fun fact: I now have agents in 20 states and even one in Dubai! It’s incredible to see the impact we’re making together.

A little about me: I’m a Jeep girl—I love crawling over rocks in my rock crawler—and I enjoy riding my motorcycle with my amazing husband. Building this business is all about creating more adventures for us. Last year, I decided to branch into luxury real estate, even though I’m the opposite of “luxury.” I mean, I have a mobile “she shed” full of staging supplies, and I’m from Oregon, so I’ve got a little redneck in me. I don’t drive a Tesla—but guess what? I figured out how to be a luxury agent while staying 100% me.

In the past 14 months, I’ve landed 14 luxury listings, ranging from $850,000 to $12 million. Now I’m teaching other agents how to break into the luxury market through my Land Luxury Listings Accelerator course.

At the end of the day, building this business means creating more opportunities for adventure with my amazing husband, and it’s also about making a difference in the lives of others. Whether I’m helping buyers and sellers turn their real estate dreams into reality or guiding agents to new heights in their careers, I’m all in.
