A former Keller Williams Team Leader and franchise owner, he now leads a large eXp Realty organization of over 1,100+ agents. Randy is the founder of ByrdHouse Development and Attract Boss Coaching, and is known for teaching attraction-based leadership that drives real results.

• ​Kelli Kim and Matt Kelly, with a combined vision and passion, have collectively served the Scottsdale and the Metro-Phoenix luxury market and implemented some of the best tools to streamline their systems and organization.
